HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!  I think it was a great first day.  All the students were very excited to begin the new year.


First Day of School homework assignment:  Students are to write a paragraph telling me;  What are you most excited about learning/experiencing this year in middle school and How did you feel at the end of your first day in sixth grade? 

Complete your homework on loose leaf, in blue or black ink, using your best penmanship and turn into the homework box tomorrow morning on Mrs. Hrabsky's desk.

SOCIAL STUIDES 6 Take home quiz due tomorrow morning.

MATH 6 - Textbook page 526 Practice 8-1 and 8-2.  Entire page but do only the "a" or first question for each problem..  Workbook page 106.  It is still in your workbook.  Simple solutions up to #100 due on Friday

HONORS MATH 7 - Worksheet 12-6 evens. Textbook page 643-44 #4-20 evens. and worksheet 12-9 evens.

ALGEBRA - 12.4, 12.5, 12.6 evens 12.7 #2-10 evens due Friday.  Cumulative Review 1-10 is also due on Friday.  Portfolio/composition book due on Friday or Thursday if you will not be here.

Tuesday is our field trip to the zoo.  Wear your PE uniform.  Have some money for snacks or souvenirs.  If you ordered a sandwich,  PTO will provide lunch as well as a drink, snack and cookie.  Wear a hat and sun block. We will be leaving right after prayers.   Pray for a nice day!
