SOCIAL STUDIES 6 - Use the Ancient Mesopotamia map provided and answer the questions on the front.  Also complete the back by using textbook page 29 to include all present day countries that make up the Fertile Crescent region - due tomorrow.  You can also be working on the five vocabulary words for section 2-2 on textbook page 38 which will be due on Monday. 

MATH 6 - Worksheet pages 21, 22 and 23- due on Monday.  Simple solutions #21-25 are due on Tuesday October 12, the day you return to school. 

HONORS MATH 7 -  Worksheet 3-6 and 3-7 due on Monday. Simple solutions 21-25 due on Tuesday Oct 12

ALGEBRA - New simple solutions packet #21-25 due on Friday October 8.  Simple solution quiz, lessons 13-16 will be on Monday.

SOCIAL STUDIES 6 - Section 1 - Land Between Two Rivers, The Fertile Crescent worksheet, both sides.  Remember to correct any false statements to make them a true statement on the front page. 

MATH 6 - Workbook page 15, evens only.  Each answer must have an estimated answer and the actual answer.  Show the short cut method of multiplying (no rows of zeros).  You might need to rewrite equations in the reverse order to make the multiplying easier.   Simple solutions #16-20 are due tomorrow. 

HONORS MATH 7 - Worksheet 3-5,  show all work on loose leaf.  Simple solutions quiz tomorrow on lessons 13-16, chapter 3 vocabulary due tomorrow. 

ALGEBRA  - Textbook page 657 to be completed on loose leaf.  Chapter 3 test tomorrow.  Vocabulary needs to be completed for chapter 3 on Monday.

SOCIAL STUDIES 6 - Time line project is due tomorrow, please post on google classroom by 8am.  Projects should be dropped off at school by next Wednesday.  Complete the outline for section 2-1 and post on google classroom by 7:30 am Wednesday. 

MATH 6 - Workbook page 15,  Estimate the products - for problems 1-8 tell me if the actual answer is "less than, greater than or close to"  the estimated answer.  We will grade this page together in class tomorrow. 

HONORS MATH 7 - Worksheet 3-4, MYS page 119 quiz tomorrow on 3-1 to 3-4

ALGEBRA  -  Classwork - chapter 3 review page 130 to be completed in composition book.  Homework Take home pre-test 3-A  Chapter quiz tomorrow on 3.4-3.8

SOCIAL STUDIES 6 -  Chapter 2 - Fertile Crescent worksheet and maps are all in students bins or portfolios.  Chapter 1 should be cleaned out and new worksheets and vocabulary pages should be replaced.  We will have social studies class tomorrow at 12:45.  Have your textbook and portfolio ready for class.  See you then!

MATH 6 - Be prepared for math class tomorrow morning at 8 am with your homework, textbook and portfolio ready.  You will need a red pen to correct homework.  

HONORS MATH 7 - 3-3 worksheet, you must show all work and checks on loose leaf.  MYS page 114 to be completed in composition book.

ALGEBRA - 3.7 and 3.8 worksheets.  You must write and equations for the situation in the word problem and solve.   Test yourself page 129 in composition book.

SOCIAL STUDIES 6 - Complete vocabulary words for chapter 2 section1 (2-1) page 30, 5 words and create a new cover page for chapter 2.  You CANNOT use loose leaf.  Make sure up include the chapter name, number and your name as well as a creative cover reflecting the chapter. TIME LINE PROJECT IS DUE ON WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 29TH.  You must use the paper provided for the project.  

MATH 6 - Workbook page 14 - due tomorrow.  Simple solutions quiz tomorrow - review lessons #5-8.  Simple solutions #16-20 due on September 30th.  

HONORS MATH 7 - worksheet 3-2 and MYS page 107 w/quiz 1- in composition book. Simple solutions #16-20 due Wednesday, chapter 3 vocabulary due Thursday.
